Yeah but that guy doesn't do that or he'd have 1000/1000 on everything. I don't even think they have to own the game... they just sign in maybe, and it says that, no idea. You can easily tell though, if you look at someone who has 1250/1250 on Gears of War or any game with online achievements, if it says they never played online, that's not possible, they used a game save...

There are several ways to do this like the Profile Swap glitch or downloading saved games using third-party tools that hook up to your PC from your 360.
