well, i mean, i might play it, but im not freakin out about it. the vids i saw for it looked like the ps2 version with a new map and some russian fool, idk though.

Can't stand gta games. Thought about it for a few seconds that atleast this one coming out for the 360 will have achievements you can unlock which might make the game funner and inspire me to play it but then I decided not even achievements will get me to play gta. And that right there proves that i'm still a junkie and not have turned into a complete achievement whore yet. :P
In my opinion, I didn't like San Andreas...graphics just didn't suit me, and the language in it got me to the point where it was actually annoying. That kinda made me lose excitement in the upcoming sequel...I just hope it goes back to its roots.

The language was completely useless. Seriously, I play a game to get enjoyment from it, not to hear the F word EVERY DAMN SENTENCE. It makes me angry, I dont like movies or music with that kind of language, much less games.
Ive bought every one of them and never beat one of them. I get so bored of them so fast. Unless this game has AAA multi player galore I will not be making the purchase.
Don't care all that much. Vicew City was good. San Andreas was bad... To much swearing for me. It got to the point I put Scarface on so that I could see something less vulgar. The character seems cooler in this one, but there are WAY to many more games to be anticipating.
Holy crap it seems no one even likes GTA. Thats quite sad considering it's one of the best series ever. Well I can't wait for it to come out I just hope they make Co-op live!
GTA is good in its own way but I figure they are getting so popular because it challenges game ratings with every new game...I mean I was slightly excited for San andreas but when I saw it was the SAME game with just horrible language I was disappointed...then I saw kids practically jumping at the game and it made me sad that such an overdone game was exciting to KIDS because of the language and "gangster" story line...I unortunatly am excited to SEE the new GTA...I want to see a new turn and so far I am liking that they are making it more 'realistic' in their own way..but it is probably going to be a rent and maybe a bargain buy but as we all know no GTA lasts our short attention spans :)
I don't know... I'm 50/50 on it. Loved 3, Vice City but by the time I got to San Andreas I felt like I was playing an expansion pack... I'll probably get it when it comes out as I do every major title but if it got delayed it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world.
dont care for gta4 at all. played some of the others, seen what its like and im not interested. they all seem to be the same, just with different settings.
I'm not interested at all. I never really found the core game itself to be any fun. I could probably entertain myself for a few hours just running around and wreaking havoc, but that gets old quickly. To sum it up, no, I will not be making the purchase.
this is easily going to be one hell of a game and yeh i do giv a toss, because it will define a new era in the gta series and the sandbox style games.... just read all the things you can do in the game itself its mind blowing...so yeh imo this will be amazing

Neither do I. The only people I know who play it much are these little 9 year olds.
I lost interest when I heard about the lack of customization. Plus the main character looks terrible. Lookls like his mother took a blow torch to his face when he was a kid.
When I think of it I dont care that much. But then I remember my first day with GTA 3. It was truly magical. I almost cried from how good that game was. I realizing that with the generation change I might get that feeling again is just great.
