No it won't be made. The team who made Top Spin 2 is broken up now and unfortunately there won't be a Top Spin 3. I've never watched or been interested in tennis in my love but I absolutely loved Top Spin 2 and it is easily the most underrated 360 game ever.

I never heard anything about that. I'd actually be quite surprised if it never got made.
