Anybody else looking forward to Fifa 09!!! (I can't believe I even am)

Alright...I know what your thinking...soccer games are stupid and boring. Actually, I kinda think soccer in real life is boring. Anyways, after looking at a couple of previews for Fifa 09 and seeing the graphics for it, I'm actually considering it one of my top games to buy!

I haven't owned or played a soccer game since Fifa 06 for the original xbox and that game was a blast! Now that I see how Fifa 09 is shaping up, I think it wll be a blast also. Also, I've never seen a sports game that has such fun looking achievements!

What do you guys think about this upcoming version of Fifa soccer?

How is Soccer boring?
It's entertaining to watch, to play; in real life/video games.
It's a great sport all around.

Well this is all my opinion and I'm willing to bet that most Americans would prefer football over soccer like me.

I just think that this game will be one of the best sports games ever! (regardless of sport or of how fun/popular the real sport actually is.

to tell you the truth i'm really excited for fifa 09. I never personally owned a soccer game but now this is really catching up to me. I'm really excited on buying it.Abito

You're just like me then...It has been growing on me every year after I had Fifa 06 and I think this is the year I give in and make a great buy to add to my collection.

i love football games (not american) so im deffinatly getting this

I definitely am.

Last FIFA game I got was FIFA 07 for the original Xbox, though I stopped buying after that 'cause I didn't like FIFA 08 very much (the demo). Though I like the FIFA 09 demo very much and I may get it, though probably not right when it comes out, 'cause I have NBA Live 09/NBA 2K9 and a bunch of other games to worry about.
