Nahh its not an american thing... Im from Denmark, and a lot of people from here said, that they got 500 points today (I haven't check my account today, so I don't know if I got any points)
Went on Xbox Live this morning and had a message from Xbox LIVE:
Dear Xbox LIVE customer, we deposited 500 points to your account, at no charge, in relation to the GTA IV 500pts pre-sell promotion. We apologize for any inconvenience you might have experienced. Thank you for your continued support of the LIVE experience!
