Anyone excited for Spiderman 3? (good quote inside)

I LOVED Spiderman 2, so a next gen version + lots of money put into it should be freaking awesome.

ehh the spidey games sorta suck...for some reason i haven't really found a good superhero game to play not including those new x-men games....esp superman...all of them were horrible....Kalua

The movie yes, the game no. Games based on movies usually can't do them justice and that's what I thought of both the previous based-on-the-movies spiderman games. They're only meant to cash in on the popularity of the movies that they are based on and it shows in the shallow gameplay. Being a Spiderman fan only makes me not want to play it even more because I will be even more angry at the game for not being as good as I want it to be... jonnyX

I hope they have the full swing physics, though. The watered down physics in Ultimate Spider-Man really ruined that game for me.

The only thing that was good about Spider-Man 2 was the swinging, really thats it.  The combat was boring and the story sucked since they had to stretch out the movie plot.  I just hope they make improvements to Spidey's agility and make the combat more satisfying.  The swinging was great in Spider-Man 2, lets just hope they really improve the graphics.  The games have looked terrible.  The character models were always blocky and had no moving mouths when they spoke.  The cars looked awful.  Come on, this games graphics should be up to par with GTAIII.  I am a big Spider-Man fan so I expect a lot from these games.tenorio_rotc

Spider-Man 2 is the game that got me back into gaming.  Spidey 3 should be the game that rules my life for weeks.

The game shows some potential and the fact is it looks fun. I want some fun games. The 360 has no good kids games.

Spiderman 3 looks like a 7.8

Hopefully it will get that high...
