anyone get in trouble for new cod gamertag cheat?

I got suspended once for 3 days because my bio said "Legend has it, you're gay I mean how pathetic is that? (i know this is what i got banned for because they emailed me saying my Bio was inappropriate.)

the things you can get banned for is just ridiculous.. especially like the stuff you put in your own profile. the people dont have to go in there and look at it. so it shouldnt hold any consequences.

They should have a thing where you can make your bio private but your achievements are still public. The stuff in my bio and my friends bio is just stuff about each other and things like that.

You can, go to your privacy settings on Live.xbox.com. You can set it from there.
