Anyone getting the new Banjo or Tomb Raider for the 360

I'm not sure whether to get them or not, played the demos, both look ok... But not sure. I loved the classic Banjo on the N64, plus I love all the rare games... so Might give that a try. But not so sure about tombraider.. looks a bit glitchy to me. Getting Gears 2 next Friday, can't wait for that :)

I downloaded both demos the other day, mainly out of curiousity.

Tomb Raider didn't really interest me but I have to admit to enjoying banjo a lot more than I thought I would.

I might pick it up eventually, when the price has gone down.

I've already pre-ordered my copy of Banjo Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, from my local Gamestation, you get a free download code for the original Banjo-Kazooie If you pre-order so I had to go for it...

Kinda wish they were offering download option for Banjo-Tooie though, didn't get to play as much of that.

I'm not really interested in Tomb Raider, but I may consider it when it drops in price.

I'm totally psyched to play the new game, I haven't been fortunate enough to sample the demo yet, so it will be 100% new to me on day 1 :D

I'm gettign Banjo for sure and preordered also for the free arcade download. As for tomb raider, i played TR legend, and was amazed at how polsihed it was, the graphics and music were amazing for when it came out. tried the TR underworld demo, and it seems improved. I'll get it too but not until its in the used bin.

As for banjo, i can see myself being hooked on that for a long time. hopefully.

I played the Banjo Demo at my friends, I really want it now when I get my 360.

I honestly think its better than the originals, but thats just me.

I tried the new Banjo demo and as a guy who was with the series since the first Banjo and loved them both(Although never beat the final boss in the first one because of a glitch), I have to say I'm a little unsure... Will you HAVE to use vehicles for every single mission?

I guess I'll rent it first to be safe. I know that there are tires and such that will allow much better steering, but to do every mission in a vehicle is kind of a bummer for me... Hopefully there will be onfoot missions?
