Anyone here have the new 'falcon' 360 yet?

I've been trying to keep tabs on the new falcon chipset over the past couple of days and it seems like some (most?) of the special Halo Edition 360s have the new 64nm CPU inside. Can anyone else confirm this? There's a discussion going on the official 360 forums. (link 1, link 2)

I bought mine when Halo 3 launched and it looks like it has the old heatsink too. :(

I guess I have to wait a bit longer.

the main cause of the RRoD is the GPU not the CPU. they just made the CPU smaller so that its cheaper to make 360s.

They will most likely replace ANY model with the new chip (once it is out) if it gets the RROD, or is sent in for any other reason. They wouldn't want that same 360 sent back again for repairs.

they will most likely put the new heatsink in, a heatsink is something that cools another thing (usually a GPU or something that gets hot) in your 360...
