I hate trading games in, i've only ever traded two games in AFL live 04 (Australian game) and heroes of might and magice for ps2 i am still annoyed i traded them in. even though i dont like football as much and heroes sucked it still annoys me.

I've decided im not making the same mistakes with the 360. In short do you trade in games regularly, if not what games that you did trade in that you still regret.

I rarely trade in games. Usually games that I reget buying. It's never worth it, usually down the road you will want to play them again. Even if that's years from now just for nostalga.

PDZ...I regretted trading it so I bought i again for 10$ off a friend about a month ago, in retrospect the game is really good and the multiplayer is really fun and I'm glad I bought it back :)

I used to trade in games all the time, but now I just sell them on ebay cause I can get more money for them that way.

I always trade in my games when I don't want them anymore. It seems pointless to me to keep a hold of games that you admit you hate, when you could use then to save money of titles that you do want. However, I still have some of my old SNES titles and N64 titles that I love.

I traded in 4 games once. I can't remember all of the games but three of them were: Tak and the Power of Ju Ju, Spyro: Year of the Dragonfly, and a Crash Bandicoot games they were all for the PS2 and they were all really bad games.

I didn't mind trading those in except that I only got $10.

I don't trade games anymore because I'm very careful about the game I buy so I like all of my games.

I hardly ever trade games in, I will sell them myself instead because I can always get way more for them. Some of us are under really hard times, and no matter whether I know down the road I will want to play the game again I can't buy me a new release without that money or credit from the game I already have.

i used to not trade in games, but now that i'm living on my own, and have to support myself (and my fiance), i'm finding it better to just trade in games when i'm done with them. example, ninja gaiden 2, traded it in, and put it toward sc4, and got 40 bucks toward it. and based on all the games coming out this year that i'm really wanting to play, i'm going to need what money i can come by.

I used to,but you get such a low return these days that i tend not to bother now,I'd rather hang onto my old games than get ripped off by some gamestore that will then make profit on your games.

I trade in games very frequently, mainly because i buy alot of games at once, and theres always a couple to a few of them that end up being really boring.

Just recently I bought 9 games: The Darkness, G.R.A.W., Silent HIll 2 (ps2), FF Anthology, FF Chronicles, FF Origins, Uncharted, Condemned 2, and Ninja Gaiden 2. I played all games for 2 hours each, and I ended up trading back GRAW and The Darkness, because both games felt like repetitive, generic shooters to me.

The rest of the games were great. I already owned SH2 on xbox, but that version had all these insanely annoying texture glitches, so i got it on ps2. Also, I haven't played FF Anthology or Origins extensively, because I still want to beat Chrono Trigger on Chronicles, and then I'll move onto FFI and FFVI.

I traded in a couple of games, but after getting such awful value for them I've not done it since. Instead I've sold some games on ebay as you get better value, but really its only games that I know I don't want to play again.

I have loads of old PC games, but since I'd get next to nothing for each one, I'd rather just keep them

That is the main reason why I dont trade in games. its a waste of money in the long run. why by something for $40+ then sell it for $15. makes no sense. Buy high and sell low thats not a good business practice

I do not like to trade in games because after a while, I regret it. I bought back 2 games that I've traded in at one point.

Never, I'd rather have a game sit on a shelf and gather dust, than trade it in for 1/4 of what you payed for it.

I will never trade in any games. I did it when I was younger when I had no money. Now if I want something, I work hard to get it and I am going to keep it. Plus I only buy games that I know I will enjoy.

I got to trade in games do not have enough money to keep going out and buying games I like and I am not very nostalgic so it is bad for me to just let the games just sit there when it will never cross my mind to play them again

I trade in games every once and a while. A lot less now that games are more expensive, but occasionally when I've got a stack of single-playthroughs (ala BioShock) I'll trade in a small stack, get a good amount and use it to help with the fall crush. Couple months back I traded in like 3-4 games and those will have gotten me TFU and Dead space with some left over to help towards Gears 2.

I refuse to trade in games because you get ripped off like mad. I used to trade in games when I was younger and I've regretted it ever since. I traded in Advance Wars: Black Hole Rising, and a few of the Poke'mon games. Most of which, I ended up buying again anyway. Not to mention that I only got a few dollars for each of them. Now I just keep them, unless it's such a disappointment that I can't even have it in my house but that usually doesn't happen because I check out the games before I buy them.

trade in value is so bad.

a friend got a harry potter game when he got his 360 and obv didnt play it and it was still in the wrapper obv he couldent refund it as it was a bundle thing.

took it to the same store (GAME) a week later to trade it in. On the shelf it was marked up at £30 and they offered him £15 trade value. He went to the main competitor (Gamestation) and squeezed an extra £5 and got in a trade value of £20

never traded in a game BTW

My parents are anti-ebay so I have to resort to trading in games when Im bored or a new title im interested in comes out, but once I find a job (hopefully soon, just waiting for a call) then I wont have to trade in games, cuz im looking forward to Legendary and a few other titles, and im already almost done with SC4, just have the Tower of Lost Souls to do which will be a B****.

The last console that I had that didn't break after 5 years of having it was my SNES, and my point is that if i hold onto all my 360 games and never trade anything in most likely the system will break and the warranty will be up. So I either have to keep buying new systems or hope that Microsoft will still fix my system for a hefty price.
