I'm unsure of whether I want to get this game or not... It seems like almost the same game except in third person... I mean I'm sure the story will be different, but do you think the game mechanics will be too similar to spend another 70 bucks (Canadian) for it to be worth it?
I think you should definitely give it a shot - it doesn't really sound all that similar to Oblivion at all (at least to me). The combat is different, the setting is different, it has multiplayer, sounds like a pretty in-depth fairly original storyline. It's about as similar to Oblivion as any other western fantasy I guess, but that is definitely not a bad thing.
I had my eye on this for awhile (since around the time Oblivion released)...and it sounds very promising. I just want to make sure it turns out well before I buy it...aka I'm waiting for the reviews.
I might get it once the reviews are in. Probably will rent it before buying unless the reviews are crazy good. This reminds me to go back to Oblivion and beat it, after the first 100 hours I needed a break!!
I may get it, if it looks good enough, although Oblivion has set the bar up pretty high and I don't want to spend money on a game that I might not get into, however I'll probably rent it before considering buying it.
