is it me or has the number of people quiting in ranked matches gone up?? especially in the annex mode...because i haven't played more then 1 match in a row when people don't quit and ruin the match...especially when it starts to become a close match...i don't get why people quit....can someone anwser why they quit and if you are a quitter can u tell me why u quit and not just take ur loss and go on to the next match? i really think its stupid because sometimes u get bad games and sometimes u get good ones thats just the way it is...and if u aren't a quitter...do u hate when ppl quit on your team or on the other and ruin the ranked game for u?
nope. But something new that i've been seeing in games is that there is no quit option at all. The only way to quit is shut off your system. And it really seems to work, in the games ive played with it, people rarely ever leave
I don't quit, but it seems one person usually does and that starts a domino effect Even if we are losing in halo 3 beta, quitting will hurt you more than losing :)
^^ Yeah, I'm not the greatest on Halo 3 either. I got into a match where my whole team left before the game could start and I stuck it out on my own against a team of 4. I obviously didn't win, but I stuck it out. The match ended with a score of 30-15.
i dnt usually quit unless i have 2 go and do suttin...but there has been times where i lose connections durin a match n ppl think i quit but i didnt n also 2day as i was in a ranked match in Gears my xbox live gold expired and i got kicked off n everything...was pretty funni i was like WTF just happened n i tried goin back online n it says ur live has expired
Yea I never quit also unless I really have to leave at that moment (Rare) and sometimes if everyone on my team left and they still have a full team and they tend to be jerks about it. But still most of the times I'll take people on 1v4 cause its alot of fun as long as they dont stick together (GoW)
Well im not afraid to admit it, I am a Quitter. Now dont get me wrong, i wont quit over every little thing. But say im on a ranked match of Gears or something and i get stuck with a team that refuses to communicate, has no skill whatsoever, or is just being a pain, ill leave. I see no point in get angry and frustrated over something like that. This is a game and i should be having fun. But if im in a good match with friends and we get beat horriably thats ok. Ill know we just got outplayed. I wont quit....ill just claim i had something in my eye the whole match and couldnt see. But the point is if im in a match and start hating the game i will quit. I dont want a few stupid matches to ruin the overall experience.
if i get in a match where people are cussing every other word, i will quit, why should i have to expose myself to that, i understand some cussing, but i have my limits
like what games don't have a quit option?? that to me sounds like a cool idea...and actually it just happened to me now...playin annex on subway...and this dude stops playin...then a dude quits....and it was 2 on 4....i stayed cause a dude on their team quit to make it "even" even though the 3rd person on our team wasn't even playin...it sucked...but i did end with 98 kills lol

so far the only 360 game is Lost planet. But ive played a couple PC games with it too
I never quit. The only time I quit is maybe I lost connection somehow but I never quit. I hate how on my rep, that 14% people avoided me and out of that 14%, 50% said I quit early. That made me mad because I NEVER QUIT!!

ahhh thats right...i fergot lost planet doesn't let u quit...i haven't played it ina a while i fergot lol...but yea...47% of the avoided ppl say i quit early...and i don't quit as well

And that's pretty much where I am. I don't quit... even when the people I'm paired with are big-time asses, I'll mute 'em and stick it out. But if my house is on fire, I'm not gonna finish the match y'know? I'll leave it on so everyone can still get their achievements, though. I'm hardcore like that. Just get 'em before my house burns down. 'cause that's how I do... I turn up the heat on the competition.Â
haha yea but it seems like alot of people really don't care about their rank anymore...or at least thats how i see it...i mean thats why i don't quit...cause i don't want it to ruin my rank...cause even when u lose...ur rank still goes up..for the most part ne way
