Are you guys sticking with microsoft next gen?

I should have been more clear...sorry for that. I was referring to getting single and multiplayer value in your purchase...not buying both consoles! To me...the X1 is more of a win/win due to it's online capabilities...especially with the inclusion cloud and scype! They already had superiority there without improvement...Sony has everything to prove when it comes to online play. That's a gamble I'm not willing to take!

The point is...why not get both?

They have already said that they will not get rid of kinect its here to stay get used to it.

Got mine preordered, I waited too long for a new KI game (actually, one of the reasons I bought my 360).

This is mainly for people that primarily use there xbox 360 like myself. Not sure what I am doing yet what about you guys?

I will get xbox one, but not on release date, because there are not games that interest me (maybe forza 5, but just not that much). I will probably get t when Halo 5 is released. And also, i woul like to wait first coupe of xbox one batches to see if there are any start-up hardware errors.

I dont think that one console is better than other, but the point is, i have friends on xbox and i build my gamerscore, so i would like to do that in future. I have x360 and ps3 and i only play x360 for that same reason. I use ps3 as media device in my living room.

I was planning on staying with Microsoft but thinking twice about that now. Beginning to worry there are production issues and the system will be rushed. Why else would hey be delaying in some counties and not announce release date?ZamboniGamer

i was on the fence but last night i preordered a X1. several factors lead me to post-pont and then finally decided to go for it. I think i made the right choice. 

No, I will be purchasing a PS4 because of Sony's stance on multiple issues, the better hardware offered at a better price, and just the PS4's line-up in general.
I've always been a huge Xbox fan and primarily used the original Xbox and the 360 for my gaming needs, despite owning a PS2 (and recently purchasing a PS3, solely for the exclusives). The 360 has always 'felt' like the better console, in my opinion. I just liked the user interface, the controller, and the online portion of the 360 more so than the PS3.
But after witnessing all the initial anti-consumer, anti-gaming nonsense Microsoft tried to pull with the Xbox One, it's glaringly obvious Microsoft has severely lost touch with its core audience. Even if they have since rescinded on these policies, they did so solely because of sales figures. They will not be getting a dime from me. Microsoft needs to know they really ****ed up and that those sorts of practices will simply not fly.
