id say call of duty 4, but thats down to me enjoying mindless killing sprees and the weapons, it all depends on what ur into, but i cat really type away abut AC as l dont own it lol. but defo call of duty 4
I personally would rather have Assassin's Creed because it is more of my style of a game. I wrote reviews on both games and did actually rate COD4 as higher, but the fact of the matter is I personally enjoy games like Assassin's Creed more than FPS.
don't trust them cod 4 is ver overrated, if u want to just shoot somone in front while an ugly sky is above you and bad resolution grasses under your feet go with cod 4, there will be no creation,you'll just a passivethat will just follow your teammates,and plus this that this game is too short, assassin's creed has its flaws too but is far far better than cod4.atleast it's not like any other game, cod 4 is the worst in the series i played them all..trust me.
If you have an internet connection and are able to play online, then go with cod4 it will last much longer. If not then go with Assassin's creed. You will be satisfied either way.
asss creed nice but game got no replay value whitch means you well sell it like after a week

tops 30-40 hours if you do like every thing

cod4's single player is about 6 hours long even on veteran and dont believe these guys it plays like every other first person shooter, theres nothing special about it at all. AC is repetitive and boring. Id say look for two other choices.
what a coincidence... i got these two games at the exact same time. Anyways, I'd say COD4 if you have Xbox Live. The multiplayer is some of 2007's best. Assassins' Creed isn't that bad either, but I have a thing for shooters so I say COD4
COD4 can last forever. Really addictive. Assasins Creed is good but has low replay value due to its repetetivness. I have both and love both but yes, AC is pretty repetetive (especially if you're a completionist).
Assassin's Creed since you do not have xbox live phenominal experience. Also has tons of extra things to do even after you complete the main questline. Kind of like a GTA type game based in the crusades LoLz. Would say COD if you had Live, but since you don't go with AC.

the single player was a rush and nice eventho it skiped over to differnet places not many shooters can do that so ya
if you got online get cod4, if not get assassins creed. i dont have assassins creed thoe so i woudnt know if it is worth geting or not. my friend has it and he says its cool. over all thoe i piced cod4 over assassins creed.
C O D4 delivers the emotional punch that rivals any movie or television show. The replayability online is near perfection. Do yourself a favor get Call of Duty 4 enjoy it until there is a good deal on assassins creed.

Assassins Creed is fun initially but after an hour of playing it just gets way too repetitive. Call of Duty 4's campaign is very fun. Replay value is also quite good thanks to a very challenging Veteran mode. At first, I hated Call of Duty 4 -- I was a diehard Halo 3 fan at the time. After a few days of playing the Campaign I was hooked. The real value is in the Online mode. It's like a 21st century Counter Strike. The gameplay is so much fun, the variety of weapons and perks just adds on to the fun. You will not be disappointed with Call of Duty 4. As for Assassins Creed, skip it now and wait for it to hit the bargain bin.
