whats the point of this? Im 18 by the way.Lethalmc
Are you saying you've never wondered what age the average 360 owner is?? And im 16...
I will be 37 this year & I LOVE my 360. You kids out there - I define this as anyone under 21 - are spoiled & lucky to have something like this at your age. Those of you who had to grow up on Atari & Intellivision (!) know what I mean...backinthekrak
or spectrum zx loading times eh :p
I'm 25...but I still think I am like 18
Game whislt you can guys, real life takes over more and more as you get older.
[QUOTE="obsolete2k1"][QUOTE="Chaism"]19, Myself though you have to take into account this is a bit biased, I mean this site is not known to have alot of PHD or even adults around it is mostly youth more and more each day.
There fore your poll will most be allot of young kids with older college kids in the middle and older dads/moms at the bottom.

I'm 27 and working towards my phd now. :) My wife is 26, is an elementary school teacher and games and so does our 7 y.o. son.
Sounds like what i thought it may be,Few higher ups I mean I doubt PHD people are in the majority like I would be a fool to say deaf people are the majority of the US.
How ever it is also what I thought that most women myself included is 20-30 with more teen girls coming into it now, With alot of kids now it is just standard for every kid to play games with both genders.
Same here: 33 with a Ph.D. And I have several friends with Ph.D.'s that game on 360's and read gaming sites.
the average age is most likely going to be 13-17.CrazyGamingJohnWay to young for average age. I'd say mid/early 20s. I am 30 myself.
our of curiosity why are the age groups so unevently dispersed?
13 to 17 is five total years for the group
18 to 24 is seven years
25 to 29 is five years again
30 to 36 has seven years covered again
and obiouvly the And over group.
It just seems odd as well as misleading since the group values themselves have different variables and limitations. groups with larger gaps have larger opportunities for members to fit into and can scew the data.
44.. loved gaming my entire life... (and I do have a life). Every system, every big title I was there playing since pong. Was I supposed to be all dead inside after I hit 30? Can't wait for the next generation of consoles.. and the one after that too.
Why do you think its sad?im 18 and dont think ill be playing games past the age of 24 lol
being 30+ and playing games seems a bit sad to me

LOL, I used to think the kids that had Atari, Coleco, and Intellivison were spoiled and lucky and when I got my NES I had won the lottery. 38 here by the way, and in the end I wiill probably be buried with a controller in my hand.
When I bought my 360 my mom had to take me to Gamestop because I was 14 or 15 and didn't have a licence.... I am now 21....Wooow , the 360 has been out for a long time.
I bought mine on launch day when I was 20, and now I'm 27. Can't believe it's been that long, I was so happy to own it first day.
Ditto on all including age (husband is 44 as well). We can't wait for couch coop with Borderlands 2 & Halo 4. The family that plays together stays together! :)44.. loved gaming my entire life...
