Well Point Lookout is the best dlc so far, cause you have a whole new big area and a series of sidequests to do with new enemies, weapons and so on. The Pitt was nice too, i didn't play Broken Steel so far, but i downloaded it for the level cap in the first place. Operation Anchorage was kinda fun, but if you compare it to the later ones, you'll aks yourself why its the same price as Point Lookout. So..
1. Point Lookout
2. The Pitt
3. Operation Anchorage
x. Broken Steel (haven't played it yet, but its worth getting cause of the level cap.)
I only have broken steel. It was great because it expanded on what was there (levels, wasteland, story-line).
I probably won't buy anymore but instead wait for the GOTY edition and trade in my copy for it. You get all six DLC packs and the original game for the price of three or four DLC packs.
Best- Broken Steel
Worst- Operation Anchorage
When I say worst I don't mean it's bad because all of the DLC is good. It's just the least good.
Point Lookout is amazing, Broken Steel should have originally came with the game but it is still a great DLC,
Definetly Point Lookout. It gives you the most bang for your buck with new areas to explore, weapons to get (double barrel shotgun FTW!)and quests to complete. And I think that Operation Anchorage was better than the Pittbecause at the end of ityou get special armor that never degrades and you get the Gauss Rifle which can do some massive damage.

True, but except for two good armors and the Gauss Rifle, it wasn't that good simply because it was too short compared to all other DLC. Operation Anchorage was fun, but not worth the 800 GP, if you look at Point Lookout which you get for the same price.

I definetly agree about the price v. length of Operation Anchorage, it should have been like 400 points or less. I'm just saying that I preferred it over the Pitt.
point lookout made my Lincolin repeater shine

I have a couple of questions for you. You can trade in your current game and get all of this stuff? And will I have to restart the game, or will my memory be saved?

You can trade in your copy towards the GoTY one. Your saved game is stored on your hard drive, so you always have it.[QUOTE="gamermanps2"]

Mothership Zeta the new DLC will be out before the GoTY edition is released. But yea, that will be the fifth one. Maybe he's thinking New Vegas? But that's a brand new standalone game.I'm pretty sure It's going to come either with the game on the same disk or just come with a separate disk, if not 2-3. Oblivion GOTY came with two disks. Expansions on the 2nd and original Oblivion on the 1st.okay, heres my situation! me and my brother both have xbox's. and one copy of fallout 3. just wondering if the GOTY edition has codes for the DLC? or if it has them installed directly on the disc so that we could both play them? get back to me on this! thanks

point lookout-best experience, best time
broken steel-continuation of story+level cap
the pitt-best atmosphere
operation anchorage-best overpowered weapon, armor
I've played all of them, and I have to say Point Lookout by far.Broken Steel is still great for level cap,but Point Lookout was a whole new world to explore.
The only two worth purchasing are Broken Steel and Point Lookout.
The rest had pretty cool concepts, but they were poorly implemented.
