Best Weapons in a 360 shooter

What shooter on the 360 do you think has the coolest weapons? Feel free to include specific weapons with the games or you're reasons why you chose them.

• Gravity gun in Quake 4-I loved how when you shot an enemy it would drag their bodies with it.That and it was just a beautiful weapon.Purple FTW.
• Plasma gun in Perfect Dark Zero-it never ran out of ammo and it would kill in one shot.
• Jackle sniper in Pefect Dark Zero-Awesome sniper rifle
• P90-Perfect Dark Zero-The secondary threat detector feature made it an amazing weapon,
• G2A2 assualt rifle from FEAR-One of the baddest Assualt rifles in a shooter
• Pistols in Fear-The Standard pistol was accurate and put alot of other pistols out there to shame.
• Type-7 rifle Fear.This gun could turn any enemy into a pile of dust with one shot,and it had a long range scope,awesome for multiplayer
• Grenade launcher Fear Files-I liked the sound it made and the explosions on impact
• M8 rainbow six Vegas-It was my another one of my favorite assault rifles
• Shotgun in Dead Rising-Something was so damn satisfying about shooting one shot and taking off 8 Zombies heads.
• G3 COD4.My favorite weapon to use in Call of duty 4.

The HL2 Grav Gun or the RE5 Hand Cannon i guess..

They aren't all my favorite weapons to use per se but they're weapons I think are very cool/original/etc.

Gears - Lancer, Boomshot, Torque Bow

Left 4 Dead - Auto shotty / M16

HL2 - Gravity Gun

Halo - Spartan Laser, SMG, BR

Dead Space - Ripper (A remotely controlled set of up to 3 chainsaws come on it doesnt get more brutal than that) , Plasma Cutter, Contact Beam, Line Gun

I like the mortar in Gears of War 2. Also, the hammerburst is good. Very powerful and not noob friendly which makes it a weapon of choice :)

I'd say the magnum and rocket launcher from TF2. Nothing has really wowed me this gen as far as weapons.

Not really a 360 game but the Scarab gun from Halo 2 you had to find in the story mode was probably the coolest gun ever.

The most powerful weapon on any 360 shooter is without question the BFG 9000 from Doom. Not even the Reedeemer from Unreal 3 has that sort of destructive power. Weapons in shooters today pale in comparison to the BFG. Spartan laser? Hammer of Dawn? Child's play compared to the Big ****ing Gun.

Speaking of Unreal, for all-around versatility and lethality, the flak gun from Unreal is hard to beat. Can you imagine being dropped into a game of Halo, Gears, or Call of Duty with an Unreal flak cannon? Killing spree, rampage, unstoppable, et cetera.

Now for cool factor, the Lancer from Gears is pretty ****ing cool. That chainsaw thing was a great idea. Chainsaws had been out of shooters for too long, and I applaud Gears for bringing them back.

The gravity gun from Half-Life gets points for originality and novelty. In what other game do you get an achievement, "Kill and enemy with a toilet"?

And on a personal note: The Soldier's rocket launcher from Team Fortress. Yeah, it only holds four rounds, and yeah, they travel slower than rockets in any other game ever made...but I'm damn good with it.

Timeshift has some cool weapons imo.

Ummmmm....no. Ever person that I know that first starts playing the game hates the hammerburst. The recoil is too much for a noob. They like the lancer because it has very little kick and a chainsaw.

The most amount of good unique weapons probably comes from Dead Space.

50 Cal Sniper Rifle GRAW, One Shot One Kill No Matter Where You Hit Them. I like the fact that if you shoot someone in the foot with this gun they die, as in the real world it would blow a foot to pieces.

Dead space has some sweet weapons- shear the head off a necromorph and see it run at you full speed in a blind rage-definition of cool. But overall honours- gears lancer, is there any better idea than an assault rifle with a chainsaw attached to it? Not that i've seen.
