bioshock 2 came today :D

i got the rapture edition from zavvi, and although the book is much smaller than the spcial edition one its still really cool and nice to have. the game itself well ive only played a bit of multiplayer and its quite fun, but it feels a little empty and its quite laggy at times but then again what isnt? as for the single player im playing on normal difficulty for the time being and your not as strong as you think you are. 3 splicers can bring your health down pretty quickly. so far im really enjoying it but i dont know how long the game is so im not gonna play it too much incase its over before i know it.

So you're basically pretty weak? Lame, I was thinking you could just rip through the basic splicers like it was nothing. How is the gameplay though? Better than Bioshock? One of my complaints of the first game was the gameplay just felt kind of awkward. Oh yeah, and the visuals... how does it look! :O

Its a great single player , so far so good .

yeah dude im totally lying :P jesus! and as for the questions your not exactly weak coz you can rip through the splicers pretty easily but they do quite alot of damage to you aswell. there is an acheivement for not using vita chambers at all through the game so unless its mega short i dont see how thats possible. gameplay wise, its pretty much the same but thats a good thing coz i loved the first one. the atmosphere has changed a litle bit because the mystery isnt really there anymore but it still feels great to be back in rapture again. it looks great, the lighting and everything is amazing, i dont know why ign said it looked worse, it looks better, multiplayer looks worse than single player but that was expected. the rivet gun feels kinda weak i suppose and the drill fuel will run out if you use it too often but luckily theres plenty of ammo lying around.

you do feel kinda big and powerful and as though you have alot of weight to throw around but you still have to be careful in gunfights. i think its because everyone made it seem like just a shooter so im trying to play it like one but you still need tactics and whatnot. overall im really enjoying it and i cant wait to go back. if youre on the fence, dont be because its awesome :D

You said that the multiplayer was laggy. Is that your fault (Do you usually lag in multiplayer games?), or is it the games fault? And how bad is the lag? Is it visual lag (Framerate) or actual lag?

well im still deciding on weather or not to get it. Im kinda torn between bioshock 2 and heavy rain. Two great games and not enough money. I guess im waiting to see how good the MP is because that might be the deciding factor for me.

Also dosent help that where i live we just got hit by a blizzard that dropped 28in of snow and ice. Were also execting another snow storm tuesday so even though the store is right around the corner i cant get to it.

haha i knew he was being sarcastic but i was just going along with it :) and no its nothing out of the ordinary i was just sharing my opinions on it so far. as for the lag, its not too bad now im getting into it, it was more framerate issues i think. and no i dont normally lag, my connection runs pretty smooth most of the time. i lag on MW2 if the hosts connection is poor but im usually alright. i sometimes see people jumping across the screen and it makes it hard to hit them. its been ok for me. i wont spoil anything story wise coz im not very far into it so i cant. if theres anything i else i can answer i will but it comes out tomorrow so most of you will find out for yourselves

This is not true. I once got Crackdown 8 days before it was suppose to be released. How? London Drugs here in Canada made the mistake of putting it on the shelves way early... I got a copy before they released this and took the games off the shelves.

Some people do get games before they are released.. legally.
