Alright so I started downloading Bioshock and let my nephew play one of his games for a while, then when I exited out of his game, it turns out I was completely offline the whole time, then when I pressed the guide button and tried to sign back into Live, the system froze and I had to shut off the 360. Then I turned it on again and managed to partially connect to Xbox Live and noticed almost all of my friends had apparently been kicked off Live as well as they were just then starting to sign on again, marketplace was still down and I tried sending a message to someone asking them what happened and my 360 froze again as soon as I sent the message. I'm afraid to turn it back on now for fear of red lights so I was wondering if anyone else is having similar problems.
I can't really chat with anybody cause it says it can't connect but the demo is still raising it's percentage, slowly yes but it is still going. So i'm fine.
Dude the same thign is happening to me. I tried to play ncaa football while it was going and it kept freezing while it was trying to communicate with my HDD. This is pissing me off.
A moment ago, I kept trying to sign into Live, but it was making me go offline for no reason. It kept freezing and stuff, but I finally got everything under control and I'm downloading the demo. :)

Thank God I'm not alone. It seems to be only happening with the guide stuff and both times it happened when I tried to just exit the guide tab. I pressed the guide button to exit the tab and the guide tab seemed to freeze, but the menus behind it were still moving around and everything.

Alright I had the courage to turn on my 360 after letting it cool down a while and I'm just not gonna touch the guide button at all for a while, it looks like Microsoft's servers are just going ballistic, not sure how that ties into my guide button crap but I guess it's because both times I was trying to connect to the internet with it, this demo looks like an overnight download at the pace it's going.
