I think for me, it's going to be a very hard choice for GOTY between Bioshock and Mass Effect. I know, both aren't out yet and I haven't played final versions of either but both games seem to be bursting at the seems with depth and quality.

Amen to that except replace Mass Effect with Mario Galaxy.
I knew the game was going to be good from the videos and images I'd seen, but after playing the demo, it is definitely a must-buy game now. I thought the style of gameplay was not going to work, but with the use of plasmids and the regular weapons, it really works well. Also, the story (in the demo so far) was very interesting. Also, the production value is very nice..
