Bioshock Revisted (Spoilers)

Okay so I just completed my second playthough to get the full 1100 and rewatched the ending. The info for Bioshock 2 says that the sequel takes place 7 years after the first and some of the info has suggested that someone is capturing girls on the surface and taking them down under. So at the end of Bioshock 1 good ending you see that the main character is on his death bed and the 5 sisters are all grown and some married. Now if you assume the girls were 5-7 yrs old, at the time of fountaine's death,that means that Bioshock 2 would take place between fountaine's death and Bioshock 1's good ending (provided the little sisters were not subjected to the age acceleration like Jack). So my question is are my deductions accurate because I did not see info as to whether or not the sisters had age acceleration; and if they didn't what are the chances of seeing Jack in the sequel?

The sequel takes place 10 years after the first one and jack is not in bioshock 2. And the girls that are being captured are just little girls not the first little sisters.

as much as i would like to see jack in the sequel i dont see where he would fit in. I think his story is over with but i believe a reference or two will be made forsure to him.

when it comes to the girls having age acceleration i wouldnt figure them too, as you said no mention at all was made to that. But than again it never said they were not.
