Awesome... picking up some of the backwards compatible games cheaply :)

I was hoping Forza 6 would have a larger discount. Oh well. Still gonna pick up Witcher 3 if the price is decent.

I was kinda hoping they'd do a big 360 sale - all the games that are currently backwards compatible and at least a few dozen more they hope to roll out next year. That seemed like a no-brainer to me, given that backwards compatibility is really the most compelling reason to buy an XB1.

I'd say the backwards compatibility is more of an incentive for current 360 owners to make the jump to X1. I have seen maybe 2-3 people of the 200 people on my friends list play 360 games. This fall is more about the big exclusives. A big 360 sale might make more sense in the new year when there is typically a game drought.
