so we all know what boosting is. its in every online game there is. and with r6v2 i was hoping theyd find a way to take it out. they tried to implement an exp modifier which make it so you need atleast ten people in the party to get the full amount of exp. great idea but somehow people have figured out a way to boost. i mean the games been out what 4 days and theres allready elites? come on people, boosting takes the fun out of a game.
i don't get how it would affect oyu in any way. If someone wants to spend time appearing better than they are what's the big deal? I don't understand why that should affect your enjoyment level from a game.
I think boosting is stupid too, but there is nothing you can do about it and in the long run it doesn't really matter. All the Elite status gets you is different armor/clothing and the game starts you out with good weapons.
Lol teaching boosters a lesson in Call Of Duty 4 online is fun. You go into cage match and say you want to boost. I usually say I need 6 headshots with whatever gun and after I have my six, I just have fun with them untill they realise I'm actually not trying to boost. I know, I totally stoop to there level, but it's hilarious. I recommend it if you're bored ;)
well iv seen couple elites who im sure boosted but my boy is an elite and he did not boost at all. Tho he did not get much sleep for 4 days haha. Most of the elites iv seen sucked anyways im a captain and i can murk them so that proves right there that they boosted IMO

i actually really don't care about boosters because they don't have any effect on the games I play. actually, it's even cooler when you beat someone that has boosted stats cuz it makes you look better and and them look worse lol. what i do care about though are ppl with lag switches and ppl who glitch. oooooooooooooo i get fired up when i see a lagger dashing across my screen
hahaha I don't like boosting either....but in the end people will get sorted out if they play in a tournament. For example, a expert with a glock 17 is FAR BETTER than some idoit who has a ak47.......
oh comeon people stop your whining. Boosting does not give an unfair advantage. ALl you unlock is different looking armour and outfits to put on. THe armour you unlock is no better then the armour you start with... I know my rank is not a good representation of my skill. But i like the different camos. IT doesnt give an unfair advantage
I wanted to get all the armor in Halo 3 so I asked in a couple of games for help on achievements. People were great and helped me and I helped them. What it showed me was that the Halo online community is just that, a community. It was great. So if that's boosting it's the same as having a friend over and you both work on achievements together.

Boosting is fine, so is using cheap weapons. The second that you start saying you're better than everyone when doing either thing, I lose all respect for you.
Besides, for the GRAW 2 co-op achievements, isn't getting any of those technically boosting? :P
I sometimes get friends to help me with achievements, like defuse the bomb 10 times (they let me defuse it every time) and I find it just makes things easier, well atleast for achievements. I don't really boost for perks or anything, but I just say if you got a problem with boosters that are straight cheaters jsut beat them at their own game. Join a boosters game and just F*** with it, or tell your team to and keep messing up wat their trying to do and playing normally haha, I do, the way they get extremely pissed is hilarious.

yeh i really dont car about boosters, its skill that matter and if you feel good about boosting so be it if you feel good about getting your extra stuff legit then so be it...
i was wondering the same thing. i thought there was going to be some new content out for oblivion :/. maybe some just wants to cause random chaos?
