Just checked, you get nothing. But they take off $5 for Left 4 Dead 2.

I haven't heard anything about what they are. but the last time I was at Gamestop, the Borderlands sign said you get a weapon pack for pre-ordering.I'm guessing they will be good, though.

people i know who have preordered l4d 2 told me they get exclusive melee weapons and early acess to the demo
