ive completed 99.61% so im sure ther is next to nothing less to do on BULLY...

ive done EVERYTHING but the secret pirate isnt wer it shud b =/

i cant remember fighting him but if i havnt he shud b here :S

is ther a curtain time??????

No there is not a set time he is there. Make sure you are at the right place by making sure there is a half sunken ship just out from the beach area he is at. An easy way to see if you have done this is to check your wardrobe and see if you have the pirate hat. Also make sure you have rode all the carnival rides as you may not have. Make sure to recheck the mowing jobs and paper route. Make sure you have won 5 boxing matches total. Make sure you have WON once at each of the carnival games.
