Buying a 360 with RROD??

If I were to buy a used 360 with RROD would I be able to send it to MS to be fixed under warranty?? Assuming no one ever opened it up.

Out of all the things on this earth to purchase 2nd hand, the 360 would be the last on the list. What if they dont want to fix it for free (as some are now discovering)? Then you're screwed. Worst of all, you could get it fixed, get the new unit and have it fail again to require re-fixing. Bad idea dude.

they're getting more selective of what ones to fix for free now. Go through these forums and you'll find many are having to pay cash to get them fixed
