Call of duty 4 glitches

I know a glitch to be bored:

Just play Cod4

when im facing an enemy and push my right trigger on my controller i usually glitch bullets into the other persons head.

and sometimes i sneak up behind people and glitch my knife into their back.

Isn't this against Gamespot rules since it's exploiting a game or something? Anyways glitching is stupid, you don't need to glitch in such an easy game.
