Can i have my 360 outputing video to the yellow and red cables and my hdmi cable

See my capture card has red yellow and white cables but i want to also have the video on my tv witch is in hd so i can play in hd but record in standard def. Is that possible? Thanks

That is a negative. You're better off getting an S Video cable for the X360 if you want to record.

that is just not true, i have HDMI to my Tv and Component cable to my headphones, so you can plug them both in at the same time, not sure if it broadcasts video to both (never tried) but it certainly does sound to both at the same time
