You have to pay bounty fines somewhere, and the charge depends on the amount of bounty you have...for example if you have 1000 bounty then you have to pay 1000 gold to get rid of that bounty.
Join the Theives guild, whenever you get into trouble, go find the guy that gives you the test (Armand Christophe?), he can get rid of your fines and bounties for half of the bounty
just go to your home and put all your stuff in there even gold.. i mean every thing and go to jail and just wait out... cause my bountry was soo high that i cant go to citys haha and so i just like do that and u dont lose anything.. or like a guy above me said join thief guild.. etheir way it works :)

Oh yeah I forgot to mention that the Thieves Guild gives you better deals when paying off your bounty, so for the topic creator, do that.
