Can't Download Original Xbox Game

I recently bought Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory from the xbox 360 marketplace. Whenever I get about a quarter of the way through the download, I get a message saying "The Download could not be completed. Please try again later." I want to know why this happens, or if it has happened to anybody else. I tried redownloading the game but I still get the same message. It also say that the status code is 80073302, I have looked this up, but can not find anything on this. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks guys, I did already find that link you provided, but I was still hoping to see if one of you had the answer. Ill try clearing everything like you said.
