Cant play San Andreas xbox original??????????????

i tried to play gta san andreas that i bought as a xbox original and a screen popped up that said Can Not Play This Game. Wtf is that mean...i bought the **** so i should b able 2 play it

if its for the xbox original console i cant help you, if it is for the 360 i can.

Theres two reasons that might prevent you from playing the game. either that the game is not backward compatiable for the 360 or you havent got the backward compatiablity update, for this you would need a hard drive and the internet/ live to get it, the game update should appear as soon as you put the disc in when you are connected to live, if you have not got live you can get a disc over the internet with a patch to do the same thing, hope this has helped!!
