I bought a 1600 microsoft points card today as I have done before, but for some reason I can't get the points. I put in the 25 digit code, it tells me what the code is for (meaning I put the code in correct), I press redeem now and on the other side of the screen a new slide opens saying can't retrieve info from xbox live. I've been trying for hours and always the same. I even called Xbox and the ran a test on my system, and everything else is working fine. So they said to keep trying, and that eventually it should work. But again that was hours and many re-entries ago. Has anybody else had this problem? If so what happened? If it was fixed, how? Thanks for any help.
