Ok, to all you who hate it, stop complaining and throw the DAMN Grenade Back!

You have 2.5 Seconds after the grenade indicators apears to throw it, or run away form it. It comes really useful in enclosed small areas. USE IT TO YOUR ADVANTAGE!!! I've gotten quite a few kills from it.

I get sick and tired of people who complain about it, theREAL problem with the game is Stopping Power. It makes ANY gun OverPowered. (Except in Hardcore) But too many people are too ignorant to realize it. Becasue everyone is accustomed to use iton 4/5 of their guns, they blame it on Juggernaut. Which is stupid because Stopping Power is the EXACT same thing as Juggernaut just the opposite.

Juggernaut %40 Health - Stopping Power %40 Increased damage, if fighting Against each other, IT CANCELS OUT

I see what your point is, but people use the perks to suit them. i dont really know anyone one who chooses their perks to counter others, because their is a mixture of differnet perks people use. the main reason people use perks is to help them get kills, eg with a sniper, 1 shot does not kill your enemy so you use stopping power, and deep impact or steady aim.

Honestly, who cares? If youre getting into cod4 mp you have to be aware of the possible annoying threats, if you can call it that since the objective of the game is to kill. And i havent seen no one complaining about this for ages, cant be wrong though, BUT complaining about the complaints doesnt help either..

Actually it's really not, the title of the thread says Cod 4 martydom not complaining about it... so i thought that it may be an interesting post... he then went on to complain about stopping power.

Well all perks have their strengths and weaknesses, if your getting sniped martydom is practically useless.

The problem is when u walk past the dead body and the indicator pops up for a fraction of a second and BAM! ur dead. Thats really kind of unfair cause it gives u no time to react.

wat really mkes me mad about martyrdom is that if ur running into a room and dont realize the guy dropped the grenade its almost impossible to get out and stopping power is the only accurate representation of bulletdamage there is...ive use half a clpi of an m4 on a sniper without killin him with stopping power

Most grenades have a 5 second fuse but in all actuality it's about 3.5 sec if you want to safely get rid of it.

None of the bullet damage is realistic. Especially since guns that fire the same round seem to do different damage. The only assault rifles that would probably take more than one shot to the torso to kill a man would be the ones that fire the NATO 5.56x45mm (the M4, M16, and G36C) mainly because it's a .22 round with more power behind it. All the other assault rifles would make a considerable sized hole in someone. The 5.56 penetrates better but can't knock a man on his ass dead like a 7.62x39mm of the AK47. The G3 and the M14 would do more damage than the AK47 because they fire the NATO 7.62x51mm. The Dragunov should do more damage than the M21 because it fires the 7.62x54mm round while the M21 fires the slightly smaller NATO 7.62x51mm. The Barret M107 should be a one hit kill no matter what because the .50 BMG is one of the largest rounds used for man portable firearms. The PTRS-41 in WaW should only leave little bits of it's target. To put this in perspective the .50 BMG (12.7x99mm) produces around 13000 Joules of energy. It's a pretty damaging round but the 14.5x114mm round fired by the PTRS-41 produces about 31000 Joules of energy. All I'm really trying to convey is that no game has gotten the damage caused by guns right, but if that game does come I'll be one of the first people in line to buy it.

Only reason I didn't like it was when people would spam nade x3, run into a group of people, start bunny hopping and then die to get kills.
