You might want to be a bit more specific. Do you want to access the internet via the wi-fi on your computer (not possible) or do you want ot connect your computer wirelessly to your 360 to stream media?

So you have wifi to your PC, and you want to run a ethernet cable from your pc to your 360 so you can connect to live, right?

You can do this, but I don't know the exact settings for setting up your pc. I know there's a question for "other devices connect to the internet through this pc"(or something like that) option in the XP networking wizard so I'd expect their to be one for the Vista wizard, but I don't have much experience w/ vista networking.

This should help - http://www.trap17.com/index.php/Internet-Connection-Sharing-Xbox-360-Laptop_t54749.html

EDIT: I should mention that this should only be used as an emergancy work around. Wifi connections have a tendancy to drop packets which can ruin online gaming not only for yourself, but for others playing w/ you. The more people on wireless the more packets dropped, and the more things go wrong. Eithernet cable isn't that expensive nor is it hard to run from room to room.
