Just recently everytime I start up a game it requires an update.  Even when the game has nothing changed, nothing new, it still requires an update.  Does anyone else have this problem? Is there anyway to fix this problem?

Where do you press that button combination? Cause I randommly got it the other day for Halo 2 (I already had the recent auto update) and my xbox has also been very slow lately.

Go to the system blade and then memory. Press Y on either the HDD or a MU and then press X,X,Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X,X. Once you do this a blade will pop up saying: This will perform maintenance on your 360

There have been noticeable problems with XBL all week for me and many others.  It may depend on the games you are playing.

Two of my friends have had this problem and i recently had it as well, you just have to wait it out. It took about two weeks for mine to stop doing it, same for them.
