Convince me to get an Xbox 360

I've been thinking about getting a 360 recently. I already have a Wii and DS and I'm interested in seeing what the 360 has to offer. I'm looking into Gears, Halo, Forza, Lost Planet and a few others. Oh!! and i absolutely love Guitar Hero. So yeah just give me reasons and I'm gonna see if i want one. And it would also be nice if you could give me an estimated price of a used one. Thanks in advance!!:D

A holding of my hand would be nice. This is a big purchase. I mean I don't want to just throw away $250-400 dollars if its going to be on something i'm not going to enjoy.m1k3m

Heh heh...expect to be spending well over $400 if you want the complete 360 experience. My total for the 360 and it's accessories(bought a $675 hdtv also, which imo is needed for the 360) is over $1300.

First off no, that decision is for you to make. Secondly how hard is it for you to do your own reasearch? Anyway I will say that you should buy a premium or elite and don't buy used.

if you like online shooters...GET A 360!!!...if you buy the 360 and gears you will get your money worth right away....also buy some microsoft points for the new maps that are out. And if your asked if you want to purchase a game replacement warranty where if anything goes wrong with the disc you bring it and get a new one...i would purchase that b/c lately on gears i get a lotttt of disc read errors. as long as the warranty's only 5 dollars...i would buy a best buy console warranty too.

Meh Wii is great! Probably my favorite system currently. I just played Guitar Hero yesterday at my friends house and it was great. Also how much store credit would i get for an original XBOX, pac man world 2, all star baseball 2004,k and tetris worlds/star wars the clone wars?? All of them are XBOX games. I know all of them are pretyy crappy except for star wars and thats the only one i even really liked at all and the reason i never really got into my XBOX is because i never had the money to buy any games and i wasnt really much of a gamer yet and by the time i was the 360 was dead. But i am willing to wait for my birthday in August if you guys say that the 360 is completely worth it. And I'm also willing to sell all of the things i mentioned above.

It's not necessary to give a reason to convince you, you just named a few of them.  

The time is right to purchase a 360....Many great games for everyone.  Reliablity is no longer a problem so come on and join the club......

The X360 will break if u are a total sick, i mean many people that have x360, after they play they never cover their x360 with something to protect from dust.. they play footbal in room.... etc.......i mean really stupid ones that don't apreciate an X360, most of them kids.
