i thought in the end you could jump buildings!
you can, just shai-gen's buildings are so tall it makes it challenging at first to climb to the top of buildings.
though once your at the top it's a breeze and in los muertos and in the volk area, if you have 4 stars, it's a peice of cake to jump around
