i would get graw2 cause ive played crackdown and it gets old very fast going around over and over again repeating the same thing over and over(killing gang members then going to next location killing more of them) ya thats the whole game for ya
If you have GRAW1 I wouldn't bother with 2 unless you loved it as it looks like an expansion pack to me + crackdown is a full new game. and don't forget the entry in to the halo3 beta
