Data Transfer Q

From what I understand from the xbox website when you transfer from one HDD to another all the data is transferred and removed from the old HDD. What I am wondering is if there is a way that you can choose to transfer only some of it. From what I have read I dont think there is but I was just wondering if there was a way

Not to my knowledge. I don't think the 360 will allow you to transfer data to unsupported flash drives, but, I suppose you could buy a 360 memory unit and transfer a few things to that that?
