DBZ Xenoverse - Compatibility Pack 3 Issue. Help?

Hey, So I have recently bought the DBZ Xenoverse (wanna play that with my bro) but then find out that I have to finish the game to play 2 player game.... Odd.

ANYWAY, The biggest issue is the update ( I do not own any DLC ) but, the Compatibility Pack 3, NO MATTER how many times I will delete that or redownload reset the game and so on.... It doesnt work, and wont allow me to play online NOR the other modes....

I couldn't find anything on google...

IS there any way to fix that?

that GIF was funny, back when I used to play it I had the Compatibility PAcks and they worked fine for me, try to uninstall and reinstall the full game
