They can't go back to a mall, such as it would get repetitive. So where should they let us fight the hordes of the undead next. The one place I'm ruling out is a whole city, because I think we might ahve to wait a generation for that.
Underground military base. As Dead Rising is like Dawn of the Dead, and Day of the Dead came after Dawn which involed an underground military base type.
oh boy :o that would be hilarious and insane :D imagine all the zombie kids that Carlito infected, imagine that you could trap them on a rollercoaster and then getting killed by the cart lol :D man I'll hump my 360 if Dead Rising 2 is announced :D

I like the idea of a holiday resort--preferably one set on an expansive island with lots of different terrain and topography. It's kind of a cross between Far Cry and Dead Rising.
Those places are nice ideas but if it is to be a true dead rising game, you have to have a place with plenty of weapons to use. I was thinking in the lines of a high rise apartment building and you have to find the zombie that started it all there or a sports arena like Madison Square Gardens or the Staple Center. Not a ship because after killing all of the people on the boat, respawning people would seem fake. A city would have too high of an expectation for it to look good, all the insides and outsides of buildings must look good, the zombies must RUN like in Dawn of the Dead, not that slow creepy walk. I think a football stadium or a arena would be good. Weapons all over the place their.
i voted theme park, that would be so cool throwing zombies off of roller coasters, a theme park with a forest around it, i started thinking of child's play 3, the good old days of chucky
What about the town that is outside of the mall, now that makes perfect sense for the sequel to take place. In the game the mall is in a small town in Colorado called Willamette. If the town in Dead Rising is not in the sequel then a whole cruise ship adrift out to sea in a hurricane and about halfway in the game the ship would go through the eye(center) which would then be sunny and calm for an hour or so then it is back to the hurricane again or how about an entire airport that is kinda like Die Hard 2 those would be great ideas, but the town of Willamette in Colorado is the better choice.
Well, at the end of the game you realize that every state may have fallen victim of the zombies horde, so the fight should take place in USA, yep, the entire country, but that would be too much like RE, so I don't know.

I just hope the second part will be as good as the first one.
i like the idea of a curise ship, being out the middle of the ocean with no means of help. failing that have it a small town with access to ALL the buildings.
or how about this.....they actually announce the game before you guys start "naming places"and how do you no theres a sequel lol this makes me laugh...as much as i want a number 2 it will be funny if you guys dont get one:lol:
