[QUOTE="Ket87"] [QUOTE="MAJORLAGGY"]I know the third one was fun but this iss just so boring it's just pressing Y and B alot the game takes no skill.APOLLOCJD
The demo is only on easy mode. Try just pressing Y and B on Dante Must Die and try and get anywhere. Devil May Cry is about pulling off combos like a fighting game for different moves. Though the demo doesn't tell you what the combos are plus combos are unlocked in game by using the orbs which you also cannot do in the demo. Capcom really cut the legs out from under DMC4 with this demo. Only people who spent extensive time with the previous titles will know that there will be more to it than this. Its the naive newbies that think that this ove-restrictive demo is an accurate representation of how DMC really is.
Why are you evening bothering to arguing with everyone? What does it matter to you if some people didn't like the demo and don't want the game? It is not going to effect you in any way, shape or form as you iike it and you are still going to get it. I've seen a lot of your posts on this thread and you clearly are a fan of the series and that is great, but don't try to shove it on others who don't want it.
As for me I thought it was a decent demo, better then some of the other ones we've gotten recently I will probably only rent the game though as I never really replayed DMC3 on my PS2 and I don't think this one will be any different.
Some people are concerned because this demo did not give an accurate depiction of DMC. Furthermore, if DMC4 doesn't get a lot of sales on the 360, considering the cost of porting the game to another system.... DMC5 will likely go to the PS3, and that will... not be good for the DMC fans. So these guys urge you to try the game out, either rent, or buy. I guess this is the way it flows;
DMC4 (PS3) - 140k sales.
DMC4 (360) - 30k sales.
in Japan.
