Did any of your Xbox 360 games ever break?

This thread is for us to express our pain and misery over broken Xbox 360 games. In this thread, post any of your games for 360 that have ever broken, how long it took you to get that game back somehow, how much and how long you grieved over the loss of that game, and anything else that relates to this topic. I realize that this may be a stupid and pointless thread to some, but I really need to get this off my chest since I am very ticked off about it at the moment.

Just today I lost a game that happened to be one of my favorites. Today, I discovered a crack in my copy of Gears of War. I then tried to fire it up, but it didn't work. I put it in five times, but the disc just couldn't be read. Never have any of my games ever gotten broken, and it really sucks that the first experience had to be with Gears of War, one of the best games of all time. Although I am getting a new copy within the next week, that period of time will be so full of grief and sorrow. Emotional support will be much appreciated.:cry:

When I had my 360 for 1 or 2 months I had Dead Rising. It was a good game but I never got to finish it. My friend came over and I let my brother use my 360 and he started playing Dead Rising. This was back when my 360 was very loud and my brother thought that moving it while it was on would make the noise go down. He moved it and an awful noise came up and next thing I knew. The game was dead. My brother was going to die.

I'm not planning to get another copy of the game seeing as how I can borrow it from my friends if I really wanted to.

They dont break after just a few weeks usage unless you keep switching discs. I usually play one game til im done with it then move on to the next

Halo 3: CE broke but I bought the standard edition, sent the CE back into MS, and I got the CE back a few days ago and I sold it :)
