I recently bought the game right before the xbox360 game downloads came out on live. I enjoyed most of the concepts of the game. The cinematic dialouge was beutiful, but It was a bit to real and a bit to fake at the same time. The merchants greetings were very repetitive, but the facial exression, tone of voice and body language all worked together to create a unique experience in the dialouge itself. The combat was entertaining as well. I found the game a "mueseum of gaming ideas and innovations." But all these experiences are what made the game crash in my opinion. The constant drenging to get to the next area and frequint backtracking made the experience break. I constantly became frusterated with the time consumption. I completely agree. The game was ingenious, but certain key factors that need to be controlled were quite frankly, overlooked.
I guess I must still be 'getting into it' I'm a RPG vet both J's and W's but for some reason I'm having trouble getting ino this game ... I iwll keep plugging away at it though
Got it, played it, got bored by the time I became a specter (I don't know how long that is into the game). Haven't played it since. Frame rate also bugged me a bit. :?

If you just became a Spectre, you've barely even started the game.
