Disabling Xbox Live..

Is anyone else with me? That you think also that Xbox.com should have a link to cancel the Xbxo Live Subscription, instead of having to go through the hassle of calling them?

Why not just unplug your Ethernet cable? Or do you mean cancel the subscription? Imm0ral_Knight

Yeah, I do. I hate calling them on the phone for some things, like taking off Credit cards for accounts, and askin for something that should only need a boot up and a click.

It's pretty ridiculous that you can just click a button to subscribe but have to phone in to cancel. One of the dumbest things ever.

Its an absolute joke!! i phoned them to take off my credit card and they cancelled the rest of the gold i had left also!(it was only 2 weeks) I didnt want to play £40 for 12 months on my card when i can buy 13 months for £30.
