DLC for 360 question

I have a question about DLC for the 360. I'm buying Fallout 3 this saturday I can't decide between 360 and ps3. I know the the 360 verison plays better and has better frame rate. My concern is if I buy DLC for the 360 version will my brother have access to the DLC as well or not? We both have 360 game tags and play of the same system. I don't want to be the only one that has access to DLC and not my brother. Can anyone shed light on this?

As far as I know, purchases are tied to your gamertag - not the console. So no, your brother wouldn't be able to play them. As the guy above me said though, just pick up the GOTY edition and you and your brother are good to go.

The DLC is available for anyone that is on the same console it was downloaded to, but if your brother goes and moves his GT to another console he won't be able to carry the DLC over to that one. Only the person who bought the DLC can do it.

So basically the DLC is tied to the GT of the person who bought it, but other people on the same console can use it. Hope that makes sense...
