i heard somewhere on this forum that xbl arcade games and DLC are tied to 1 xbox 360 console. i'm taking mine to gamestop to swap it out with a new premium since mine broke. im keeping my HDD so does that mean i lose all my DLC and xbl arcade games??

My system died and I swaped mine at Gamestop for a new one but I kept my hard drive, and when I put the hard drive in my new system, all of my purchased XBL Arcade games were only playable if I was signed into XBL.  I was able to play the trial versions only.  I'm still unable to play the ones I purchased prior to the system dying without being signed on XBL.  I'm going to call MS about this, as I've heard of people having this issue, and supposedly they complained enough and MS gave them a code to use or something to take care of this problem.

I hope this works because this is really annoying.
