Depends on 3 things:
If i like the game.
If the game has achievements that wont take me a massive amount of time.
And, if i have the time.
In the end its just a stupid point score, but they can add replayability to a game.
Oh GOD no, what kind of awful life is that?
It's bad enough that the gamerscore is a waste of time, now you're going to complete all your games so you can complete that too?
No way bananas
I have 1000 in Madden because I like playing a bunch of Madden in every possible way. Past that I can only see me getting some in racing games near 1000
There's too many games coming out all the time to waste time getting to 1000
couldn't care less to be honest. i don't play for achievements. if i'm playing the game and it isn't hard for me to grab one, than i'll do it, but otherwise, forget it. Every game i own has about a third of its gamerscore unlocked.Paladin_KingOh yeah, same here. Especially for games that have rediculous achievements like Get Ranked 1st in the World on GRAW2
yeah the 1st in the world one is just plain stupid, only one person at any given time can get it and im sure theres a massive gap between 1st and 2nd. most likely the top person doesnt even have all the other achievements.
i just got andther 15 in mass effect now im at 930 :P i love this game!
Every game I own doesn't have a perfect gamerscore. Do you care about it? What games have you gotten a perfect gamerscore on?zeorshadow19The only one I completed was King Kong - because all you do is play through the game and Whala - perfect 1000 point gamer score. Every other game I try and get as much as i can from the initial playthrough and then forget about it after that. I have too many games to keep playing the same ones over and over - that's an alright problem to have though. LOL

Whala? What's that?
I think you mean "voila" (French).
lol sorry...that's just funny...whala.
No way. I never play just for achievements, and I've never gotten 1000/1000 on any game. I'm really the kind of guy who plays a game through once and doesn't go back through it again.Â
I think M$ should get rid of the total gamerscore number and just make them game specific cause I don't care if you got 59,500 gamerscore overall I only care about a players score in the games I'm playing.Mr_arizonaJust go to a person's profile, go to compare games then voila exactly what you're talking about, gamerscore broken down by game.
I don´t really go for the achievments, I do have a high gamerscore just because I play alot of games, but I actually go with the ones I get through the first playthrough, or only if they are easy to get, but I do have a couple of games with 1000/1000 wich are, mass effect, cod 2, most wanted, tmnt (I just played it to get 1000 score) enchanted arms, the first 1000 points from gears 1, and that´s all.
If a game has an achievement like the ones in GTAIV or crackdown , or assasin´s creed where you have to find like 1000 useless things I just forget about them, and I was trying to get a higher score in alone in the dark, but the game sucks so bad that I really had to give up.
No I don't complete the gamerscore for my games but I do have a problem of trying to get as many achievements as I can from a game while doing my first playthrough on normal difficulty. I might from now on not even look at the achievement list for games since all it does is adds frustration to the game. I don't need that crap I bought my 360 to enjoy the latest and greatest games, not to worry about if I'm gonna unlock this achievement or not and get upset about it if I don't. For example I looked at the achievement list for Prince Of Persia, now those look like some messed up stupid frustrating achievements. Why would I even want to care about those achievements if all it's gonna add is stress and frustration to the game? forget it, but still I will probably find myself going for most of them cause I'm a sad little achievement junkie.
