Agree 100%. The only people that "claim" they don't want the game on the 360 is the ones that have never played it or can't play it. A couple Xbox fanboy's have already killed theirself over seeing that MGS4 has received a 10 on so many sites. It's great hahaha!

Who wants MSG4? Who likes to look at 5hrs in-game japanese style pre-rendered cinematics?? And much of the real gameplay looks silly, enemy ai looks childish and simple, and many anims look jerky (like in-game snake for instance).....Nah, that game is overblown hype. On the subject of MGS4, I don't want it :/ Not because I think it's stupid or think it's a bad game, I just never got into the MGS series, and I never will. It looks pretty amazing, but it's just not my thing *shrug*

I don't know that any 360 exclusive will get a 10, but GS has been pretty generous with the 10's lately so if I was to guess I'd say Gears 2, but Fable 2 may get a 10 too.msdd9

To say that is pretty ridiculous if you ask me. GTA IV and MGS IV are sequels in a long line of stellar and extremely popular games, and both of them are truly deserving of 10s in their own right. The fact that they were released within a few months of each other has nothing to do with the fact that both of them deserved 10s (according to the reviewers). Just because it's rare that two games of this caliber are released so closely to one another doesn't mean that reviewers are being more generous. GTA IV and MGS IV received 10s from both Gamespot and IGN which is enough proof for me that neither one is becoming more generous but rather that it is just a coincidence that theses two games were released within several weeks of each other.

The only one that's stands a chance is Fable 2, unforetunately GS will downgrade GoW 2's score because it's a shooter, and also because they are not adding any great new gameplay mechanic (as far as I know), Fable 2 might though. They would need the basics done very well and the combat would have to be fun. Oh and also it needs to add a ton of stuff, that's the only real shot. I'm not sure that MGS4 deserves a ten, but then again I have never played it and it looks pretty sweet. Gamespot has been giving out much higher scores lately, I miss the old way:(Hickamie14

I highly doubt that these two 10s are a conspiracy, but rather a rare coincidence that two games of such high caliber were released within about two months of one another (read my post above for a more thorough explanation) - I doubt we'll ever see something like this again, and you can quote me on that.

Gears of War is soooooo overrated, Microsoft ups the hype and the game is an instant sell. Its not good looking, the characters suck, the weapons are useless and childlike. And Gears of War 2 is going to be no different. Again this is my opinion, I'm glad to see that people found a game they like, i'm just picky when it comes to $60 of my well earned doe you know joe?virtualmatrix

I think Gears 2 has a real chance of 10. The first got what, a 9.6? So really, I don't see any reason why the game would do any worse then the first based on the little things we've seen. I never played the first Fable and haven't been paying too much attention to the second but what I have seen looks cool so I could see it doing well.

Honestly though, the difference between a 9/9.5/10 is neglegable to me. I kinda hate it when people get all wrapped up in the scores of games, it is far too subjective to really hold the ratings that closely. Persoanlly I think MGS4 looks really good, but since I've never played any of the others and would have no idea whatsoever as to what was going on in the story...I don't think I'd enjoy it as much as other people do.

Obviously you have not played the game have you? I would bet money you watched the video review which everyone knows is less than SD resolution. And Kevin I garuntee was playing on easy. I own the game and am playing on normal and I'm getting by barely.

On topic, I think Gears 2 has a chance at getting a 10. Gears got high 9s, and the only complaints were about the story and having too much assigned to the A button. The multiplayer was great, and that was an afterthought! One can only imagine what Cliff B is going to do when he works on the multi for a while. As for the story, Gears set up a great story for Gears 2: there's some questions to be answered. And for controls- MGS4 controls are less than stellar, but it doesn`t negatively affect it`s scores.

Fable 2 will get great scores, but not 10s

Too Human and Banjo Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts are both sleeper hits with poptential for 9-9.5, but with relatively little hype they won`t get 10s

Gears 2 will NOT get a 10 mainly for the fact that it's gonna be more or less the same game as the last, just with new features and stuff. Fable 2 is the one that's most likely to get a 10 but even then I still doubt it.

Also, I've noticed that GS seems to be a bit biased towards the PS3. Like when news on GTA IV arrived, EVERYTIME there was news they linked it to an article on the PS3 version of GTA. Even if you clicked it from the 360 homepage.

Hopefully Gears 2 and Fable 2, although probably not. Theyll get 10s imo though. Scores dont really matter though imo because as long as you like it it doesnt matter what ratings it got.

yall argue about funny stuff. well i dont think any game should ever get a perfect score. im sure there is always something to complain about in a game (like in gta iv the controls piss me off sumtimes). and mgs4 i really dont want, and im not a ms fanboy. i used to have a ps2 and my bro owned the mgs series and i just didnt really like it. not my type of game. a ps3 game i want is littlebigplanet. but im sure mgs4 doesnt deserve a 10 either. im sure there is at least one thing u can complain about.

We don not know yet that Gears of War 2 will be a 10 or not because judging from what we've seen and heard. It's not much, so only time will tell.

While some games will deserve a 10, GS will not give it to them because they squandered high scores on both GTAIV and MGS4. While both amazing games neither were 10 quality, especially MGS4 which I was very disappointed with.-Sphere-

You are 100% wrong about Metal Gear Solid 4:Guns of the Patriots is deserves an 11 that's how great it is and Grand Theft Auto IV should of got a 9.5 or a 9.7 because the game gets boring after you complete it a second time.

I don't think they deserved a 10 and people here would say that my opinion amounts to zip. All I know and care about is that they are games worth owning.

Secondly, I really do not care if a 360 game never gets 10/10, it has some great games and lots of them. That is what matters.
