does anybody know if assassins creeds date got fixed?

this whole gamespot thing is driving me crazy

my game store (gamecrazy) says ubisoft pushed it back a week. Wtf? it's gone gold tho

does anybody have any idea when this system glitch is going to be fixed

or if it is a glitch at all.
